Our Story
What began as informal Arab-heritage dinners at ACC 2023 & ACC 2024 quickly evolved into a formal society. In mid-2024 we launched the Arab American Society of Cardiology (AASC) to bring talents together and guide the next generation of cardiovascular leaders.

Mission and Goals
AASC’s mission is to foster a collaborative research environment and to build a robust professional network among its members. In particular, the society focuses on linking Internal Medicine residents, Cardiology fellows, and practicing cardiologists of Arab American background to facilitate mentorship and career development By uniting trainees with experienced physicians, AASC helps shape the future of Arab American cardiologists through guidance, educational opportunities, and research collaboration. The society is also committed to promoting excellence in cardiovascular care and research, leveraging the collective expertise of its community. Key goals of AASC include:
